1. Agreement to Terms
By using the services provided by ExactHelp Bowie Towing, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services
ExactHelp Bowie Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services in Bowie, MD and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance such as jumpstarts, tire changes, lockout service, and fuel delivery.
3. Service Requests
When you request service, you represent that you are the owner of the vehicle or have proper authorization to request towing or roadside assistance for that vehicle. You agree to provide accurate information about the vehicle location, condition, and any special requirements.
4. Pricing and Payment
We provide upfront estimates for our services based on the information you provide. Final costs may vary based on actual conditions encountered during service. Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 7 days of service.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel your service request at any time before our driver arrives at your location without charge. If you cancel after our driver has arrived or is en route and within a reasonable distance of your location, a cancellation fee may apply to cover our dispatch and travel costs.
6. Vehicle Condition and Liability
We take reasonable care to protect your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, damage that occurs due to the inherent condition of the vehicle, or damage that could not be avoided despite reasonable care. You are responsible for removing valuable items from your vehicle before service. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items left in vehicles.
7. Insurance
ExactHelp Bowie Towing carries commercial liability insurance as required by Maryland law. If you believe damage occurred during our service, you must report it to us within 24 hours and provide documentation including photos and a description of the damage.
8. Service Availability
While we strive to provide 24/7 service, availability may be limited during severe weather, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. Response times are estimates and may vary based on traffic, weather, and demand.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ExactHelp Bowie Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website with the revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
